Shipping Policy
Welcome to PaintStation's Shipping & Returns section. Here, we are committed to providing you with transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. Our goal is to ensure that you have a seamless and trustworthy experience with us.
At PaintStation we prioritise clear communication and honesty. We want to make sure that you are well-informed about our shipping processes. Whether it's about our packaging materials or the various shipping options available, we've got you covered.
All parcel orders are shipped through FedEx on a next business day basis. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping information and to ensure someone is at the address to collect the parcel if signing is needed or you take responsibility if you choose to leave in a 'safe location'

For palletised orders we ship through our pallet network and you are responsible for ensuring items can be delivered on a pallet via a delivery lorry (7.5 Tonne Lorry/18 Tonne Lorry). You are responsible for ensuring the lorry can access your delivery point. All deliveries are made via tail lift so ground must be adequate for pallet truck or site forklift.

Any damages to the delivery must be reported to both the delivery driver and a PaintStation representative as soon as discovered. We take no responsibility for items that are left without a signature. Items left without a signature will be assumed as delivered in perfect condition. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts whereby you are deemed at fault will be charged at the original cost.
Please Note if more than one pallet or more than one box is ordered further shipping costs will be incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from PaintStation. We understand that sometimes preferences change, or a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, our straightforward refund or exchange policy is in place to offer you the assurance and confidence to shop with ease.
At PaintStation, we believe in building trust and maintaining transparency. Our aim is to make the return or exchange process as simple and efficient as possible for you. Whether it's a change of heart or a product concern, we're here to assist you every step of the way.
If you choose to return or exchange your product at our retail store, please bring your receipt or invoice with you to ensure a quick and hassle-free return.

If you wish to return an unwanted good, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund up to £20 carriage.
If your return exceeds this amount please contact us and we can arrange collection for you. Please state a date and collection address (not Saturday or Sunday) where the goods can be collected from.
